Since forming her event and
marketing company six years ago, Diane Gaddis has managed program logistics
for numerous clients in the hi-tech industry. While Diane runs this
company on a daily basis, she remains hands-on to work with her team
to provide the dynamic team impact and in the end, the stellar customer
experience. She brings a broad background of operations management and
private events coordination from her extensive history in event planning
and restaurant management. She offers her clients the best fit event
solution to include the full spectrum of project management from agenda
formation, strategic marketing guidance to overseeing every step of
an event from concept to execution .Together with her team, she works
to embrace the company’s diverse skills, eclectic style and innovative
management. Ingrid Berendt [senior project manager] Ingrid joined the Gaddis Events team in March 2002 and brought with her an array of skills. Currently, Ingrid’s role as project manager enables her to apply these abilities across a variety of assignments. Her responsibilities have included facilitating Web sites, managing high-profile budgets, acting as the central contact for national and international projects and providing onsite support for events -- often juggling many activities concurrently. Having worked in high-tech environments, Ingrid has developed a strong technical aptitude and enjoys the challenge of learning something new. For five years, Ingrid worked at Humongous Entertainment, a Seattle-area software publisher. She started as a game tester and quickly moved through the ranks to become producer for the company’s international game catalog. Conversely, Ingrid is not hindered by creative assignments. She has worked as a writer and editor for a variety of content; from technical documents to marketing materials to original stories for kids. Though Gaddis Events keeps her busy, Ingrid is not all about work. Her love of movies influenced her studies at the University of California, where she earned two bachelor’s degrees: one in film studies and the other in history. Ingrid is fluent in German and loves to travel, especially road tripping around the U.S. Her free time is spent watching movies, mixing with friends and going to baseball games. Amy Buzzell [senior project manager] With 10 years experience in the event industry, Amy is
committed to providing the optimal solutions to make each event she
oversees a success. Her attention to details and ability to solve problems
creatively is evident in every project she is involved with and recognized
by her clients as well. Lindsey Brisimitzis [project manager] Working in the event industry for over 11 years, Lindsey continues to strive for excellence in all her projects. She is a highly-motivated and dedicated professional with a broad background all ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. She has extensive knowledge and experience with all aspects of event management in tradeshows, luxury incentive trips, large conferences and road shows. Lindsey is an extremely creative individual and that creativity is reflected in her events. After two seasons planning corporate events for the Oakland Athletics, she transitioned her event management skills to the technology sector. Prior to joining Gaddis Events, Lindsey managed events at CommerceOne and PeopleSoft in California. After moving to Seattle five years ago, Lindsey was hired to manage the event and tradeshow program for F5 Networks. During her tenure at F5, Lindsey increased F5’s participation in tradeshows such as RSA, Storage Networking World and Interop. Juliet Hossman [project manager] Juliet joined Gaddis Events after six years as an Event Manager with Compass Group at Microsoft. In this position, Juliet helped to coordinate high profile corporate meetings and special events for Microsoft, including Bill Gate’s final Town Hall. She comes to Gaddis with a willingness to take on challenges and execute them with tact and finesse, as well as strong organizational and communication skills. Juliet strives to uphold the high standards expected in the day to day service and planning of meetings and events. Born and raised in Redmond, Washington, Juliet attended the University of Washington where she received a degree in Communications. She loves the Pacific Northwest and all the activities and sights it has to offer. In her free time, she enjoys watching the Seahawks, cooking, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
